Body Shop Product Review:
This is a good quality reliable lipstick range – it’s creamy and moisturising and gives you a pop of colour that lasts well. It contains marula oil to keep your lips hydrated and is scented ever so subtly with rose .
I’ve been using colour 210 Berlin Oleander which is a medium pinky-beige tone (as pictured). I think it’s a tad too dark for me but it’s been brilliant for evening wear. There are 18 shades to choose from so there’ll definitely be one that suits you!
I like this range of Maybelline lipsticks much more than I thought I would, but then again I get really confused about lipsticks anyway and never know what is best for me. This one is a lovely subtle colour that suits my very pale skin, and it’s very moisturising. It’s not overpowering either – I’m terrified of lipsticks that take over my face if you see what I mean! This one doesn’t.
I also really love the scent of it – faintly floral and faintly like almonds, which I very much like. I wear it for work and it does the job perfectly. I’ll probably buy it again once I run out but I’ve got a few other lipsticks to try for now.
